It’s a Raffle cake whose covering is mostly made from anko (ann), sweet bean paste.
Anko(ann) is the main ingredient for wagashi, traditional Japanese sweets.
Since containing no oil, it tastes very light and isn’t so sweet like butter cream. It’s good for ones not only who love anko but also who take care for their health😉
